Only the Command Squad can take the Ravenwing Standard.

^ I think this says a normal attack squad can take it with sammael. but I oversighted the one SS per army thing. well, that nets me about another 3 man squad w/ a flamer or melta

Only 1 Ravenwing Champion per army, you will have to drop one.
ALL of your points for ALL the RAS seems to be wrong. Do you even own the codex?
6 man RW attack squadron w/ 2 melta guns , vet Sgt.- 164

A 6 man RAS with no upgrades, and no vet. sgt. comes in at 161 points, you are 27 points over on this one for example. In total I make your list to be more than 100 points over, but this will be ok, as lots of points are are on illegal things that will have to be taken out.
1 Sacred standard per army.
Ravenwing standard can only be taken on black knights, not RAS.

Ok once you sort all this out and get the points right people will be able to be more constructive about your list.
Thoughts for now:
The command squads can take an additional 2 black knights at 40 pts per model (Check FAQ), you might consider doing this to get cheaper black knights on the table and to get more wounds in your command squads.

Consider if you need vet sergeants, they are expensive for that +1 LD, and if you are in range of the banners then you will get to re-roll your stubborn LD8 anyway.

I wouldn't pay for the power weapons on the black knights. With 4 str5 rending attacks they are no slouches in cc already. It will make an expensive model more expensive, and also remove rending, which is good vs high toughness mc's like riptides and wraithknights.

If your meta has a lot of tau or heldrakes, then forget about the darkshroud. It was good when if first appeared, but theres lots of cover ignoring stuff now which makes it a waste of points. Instead I would reccomend having a look at giving your librarian a Powerfield Generator. The small 4++ save bubble will help vs vector strike, baleflamers and markerlighted plasma.

1) No love for attack bikes/speeders? You only have 2 squads with melta guns for taking on heavy AV targets at range, however this range is still very short. I personally like MM attack bikes. Scout move, move and then a 12 inch half range can easily pop unsuspecting targets on the first turn. Also your bike squads let your RAS use the dakka banner for their bolters, instead of wasting a lot of shots when they decide to try and hurt a vehicle. They are also great at being irritating scoring units, that often divert more firepower than they are worth. The only downside is in KP games, where you have to be careful with them.

2) You could take another RCS instead of one of the black knights. You save a few points per model, and can also take the ravenwing standard, which is very nice. Of course you can only take 5 guys and not 6. But I'm unsure if you really need 2 grenade launchers over 1.
Again, I am against power weapons in black knights squads (with the exception of the Champion, because precision plasma shots).

3) In this meta, I'm not convinced about the darkshroud. Your army is already very balled up, without adding a speeding to make the footprint larger. Also markerlights and vector strikes totally ignore it.
I would certainly drop the AC off it if you do take it though. Most of the time you will be turbo boosting it to get a 2+ cover save, in the hope of keeping it alive.

You could always consider a land raider crusader in this kind of list. It works well by blocking LOS to your big blob of bikes, and also benefits greatly from the dakka banner and having a PFG next to it.
