Goal
Run the sorcerer with the raptors as an assault squad either running them up fast or DS them depending on what the board looks like using them to take out vehicles and other heavy units, DS the Terminators and cause havoc with 5 really beefy flamers. run the 20 squad of Zombies with typhus to assault mid field objectives and tarpit stuff, running typhus solo away if using the zombies to tarpit. Plant the 10 Squad of zombies on backfield objectives and use the Plague marines to cap and hold midfield/forward objectives if typhus has caught up. Let the heldrakes wreck havoc and keep the havocs back on the defense line firing the quadgun and harassing the board with missiles. Your only AP2 is on typhus. i dont know where you'd get the points because everything is great, but consider plasma. Maybe combi plasmas on the terminators, power axes.
