My plan would be to stick old Zogwort with the flash gitz for some random chaos, the burnas will go in the battlewagon. One unit of shootas will camp on an objective and the lootas in the backfield whilst the rest run riot on anything close. The warboss will be attached to one of the 2 mobile boy units or the nobs. and as always more shoota boys is the best way to deal with fast troops ..(if you fill the table with boyz then there is no place to hide)

Against Dark Eldar more than any other army, Lootas win you the game. Since you look like your taking more iffy units then I'd suggest taking Big Shoota deffkoptas. Outflank them with a biker boss and lol as 18 TL S5 shots glance the living daylights out of whatever armour 10 happens to be nearby.

Zog's BS is important because if you have BS 0 you can't shoot, so technically you can't shoot his auto-hitting shooty powers. Brings me up to a total of 2998 points.
Plan would be to drop Nazdreg with the Flash Gitz and keep them in reserve, Storm boyz will be in reserve too. Old Zogwort will run with the Nobz, and KFF Mek with the burna boyz (who will be in the battlewagon). Gretchin to camp on a home objective, and the boyz will just slog upfield. Lootas will stay in the backfield, not sure whether to keep them as one unit or split them apart. The Warboss will be with the shoota boyz, don't like running shootas especially against a fast army such as Dark Eldar, they'll be in range pretty quick.

Going against a lot of skimmers and such, and AV10.
