So the star works out more then if you went with tau batman but tiggy brings other bits to the party . he is still likely to have ignore cover but as well as that he can keep your troop of the board in fact all you need on the bord turn one is your star and TFC so small arms is not a problem for you. also the scouts are mobile units that if you get screyers gaze can keep of the table until turn 4 so will be a hard unti to kill (maybe even worse then jetbike?) also the star know has and the shall know no rules. Tiggys powers even last in your opponents turn so your better in combat at over watch and intercept. finally Tiggy is the ultimate toolbox if you need a powers he has a pretty good chance to get it.
