Vallejo makes three primary paint ranges, one of which is formulated for straight out of the bottle airbrushing.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I just started a new army using the Model Air paints so I don't have a concern with matching GW colours and personally this is the way to go with a new army.
If you are trying to match it to an army that was started with GW paints I would continue to use GW paints thinned accordingly in the airbrush. It's kind of annoying to get the consistency right but if colour matching is important to you it's the only real way. Really you only need to match the base colour as blended highlights/shadows with an airbrush (if you're doing those) will either stand out as different from the rest of the army (if they're hardlined or washed) or blend in well enough to work so long as the base colour is right.

Vallejo conversion chart

There isn't a chart for VMA because they don't match GW colours closely. They're a more muted, camo oriented set compared to the vibrant sci-fi and fantasy colours of GW, VGC and Minitaire. If you need matches for specific colours, use VGC, the dropper bottles are much nicer to use when airbrushing compared to GW tubs and thinning is easy enough. Then use VMA for everything else.

Yonan is correct. Unfortunately model air doesn't quite match the shades in the other ranges. They do cover some very good colours though, so your choice in using them is good. The paint is extremely finely milled, and is a joy to use. Just try to use your best judgement with paint colours and you shouldn't go far wrong.

Part of being a good painter is getting a good eye in for paint shades =)
