So I'm going to make my own.

I know that for the warrior acolytes I will be using guardsmen and maybe some components from the Grey Knight troop kit, but I'm a little stuck on what to do for psykers.
Any ideas?

EDIT: I'm considering using Empire flagellants mixed with some cadians, or something similar.
