Take an additional Annihilation Barge as there' no point in not using those delightful beauties.

On the Chaos side, you can't take Plague Marines as Troops if it's not the primary detachment. I'd go for a Cultist blob and use the points to bulk out the Bikers for max T6 wounds and take MoN Obliterators. Also get Blight Grenades on the Lord.

Should be 1500. Basically you get 4 AV13 vehicles, a large blob of regenerating MEQ that can glance most vehicles to death and a large group of toughness 6 models. I find 3 Nurgle bikes are sufficient for delivering the lord, but know most poeple in the internet world disagree..
