Now I know I can't really deal with vehicles that well, but my staying power may make up for that, and I will likely be taking meltas on the termie squad.

The reason for this list is I have competitive white scars and space wolves lists and I just want something to play something different. Bear in mind my local meta which isn't too flyer heavy, the plan being swarming my board with troops and just winning through objectives. Any advice is welcome just try to stick to the death guard theme please. I'm planning on heavily converting the army and I found some beautiful zombieish models here http://www.manticgames.com/mantic-shop/warpath/zombie-apokalypse/product/zombie-apokalypse-marines-35-figures.html which I will mix with the cadian kit to make it more GW hobby store friendly.
