Games are strictly 800 points, and must be over within an hour. This is to fit several games in an evening, and to help new players who might not have large armies. There are some altered rules in place, for the sake of convenience and balance.

No Forgeworld rules or models, of any kind.
No Allies.
FOC gets -1 Elites, -1 Heavy Support, -1 Fast Attack, and -2 Troops.

So, with all that in mind, I've constructed the following list. I have no idea what the meta is, except that there's likely to be Deathwing (my friend is also entering the tournament). I'm looking for a TAC list, that can do armour, hordes, and probably a lot of MEQ's. I decided to go relatively tank-heavy, as I won't be giving up Kill Points easily that way. I'm open to any and all comments, I'm trying to make this list relatively competitive. However, I don't have the biggest amount of miniatures, so I can't do everything. Unfortunately, Bikes are out.
