I've found that the 20 guardian blob + a versatile Wraithlord is decent enough on its own to either distract fire from the skimmers or do a lot of damage turn 3 if unnoticed. Plus it's a decent bubble wrap for a single model in The Relic. I would recommend dropping the swooping hawks, you need 6 of them for their grenade pack to be effective. Plus you need the points to give your guardians 2 weapons platforms of either scatter lasers, starcannons, or shuriken cannons whichever you prefer.

I would kit out your wraith lord with 2 shuriken cannons, Scatter/starcannon, or 2 scatterlasers instead of the EML. It's just too expensive for 1 shot per turn.

Just a thought: I would spend any remaining points on a warlock to put with the guardians. If you did, it would allow you to take advantage of the iyanden supplement's voice of twilight for your wraith units.
