You can run the mantleseer with just the mantle+spear. The gem and stones are pretty situational: gem is nice if you get in combat and die, the stones only work on warp charge 2 powers. The only powers you really want that cost 2 are fortune, hallucination and invisibility. Maybe eldritch storm... at the cost of your 4++ is can be risky. However, the stones are fairly cheap.

For your jetbike squads, take 6 bodies to unlock the second cannon. Always take jetbikes in multiples of 3 to get shuircannons. You could drop a squad to 3 bodies, and move the 2 to the 5 man squads and add cannons.

Fire dragons are ok, but you probably don't need an exarch. If you must, take fast shot, as exarch+fast shot costs a bit less than another dragon for the same shooting effect(but less bodies) usually 5 naked dragons will get the job done fine.

Striking scorpions are not effective in a 5/6 man squad. They need at least 8, and the exarch needs a claw. Consider dropping these for dragons, or maybe dire avengers/guardians. Another option would be shining spears for more jetbike goodness. However, serpents are really good and you probably want 2.

The vypers, prisms and serpents are fine.

IMO i would swap the star cannons for scatter lasers to twin link the cannons, or take duel cannon, i figure you have enough sudo rending shurkin to deal with most TEQ and MEQ.

generally star cannons are usually useless cause of all our shurikan rending and should therfor consider a brightlance for anit tank but since you have fire dragons....
