Obviously light on troops, but I guess you're going for a raw firepower strategy with the phosphex and rapiers.

I guess with 6 rapiers you can reliably get at least one hit, if not a second against flyers, and being AP2 and Ordnance means they'll likely pen and do some solid damage. I'm personally a fan of Mortis dreadnoughts, but thats mostly due to the models and the mobility advantage.
