I sprayed them black using cheap Wal-Mart dollar stuff.
Dry brushed the Enterprise with grey and worked up to almost pure white.
Then I picked out various plates in shades of grey blue and slate grey.
Dry brushed with pure white and picked out the details in yellow.
The Klingon ship was done the same way, except I dry brushed its body with a metallic green.
