Currently i have:

Bloodthrister
Skulltaker
20x bloodletters
Daemon prince

Any suggestion what i should add to them? I was thinking about getting some blood crushers and more bloodletters.
Also some basic tactics would be greatly appreciated.

As said, blood crushers are not very strong. I would not take them.

Fleshhounds are terrific, try to get 20 or 30 of them.

Soul grinders and skull cannons provide good fire support. I prefer soul grinders.

Daemons work a little differently than most lists. With most armies you choose your troops first, with daemons our troops are the weakest things in our army so build it around big nasty threats so your opponent won't have time to slaughter your troops. That's my advice.

I would try to get up to this:
Bloodthirster
3 daemon princes
20 flesh hounds
and if you're REALLLLLY dead set on a khorne theme, then snag about 40 bloodletters to start. That would be a good core a list would look something like:

HQ:
Bloodthirster

Troops:
20 bloodletters
20 bloodletters

Fast Attack:
20 fleshhounds of khorne

Heavy Support:
