I usually play iyanden or Chaos. Can't take iyanden to the tourney, and my chaos army only really works at the 2k points I normally play.

So, I am quite tempted to build a small space marine contingent. I want to go ultramarines. I think. But I don't know what to take. So I'm looking for help building a very competitive 1500 point tau-space marine army list!

Ok, So I'm thinking something along these lines, The Tau will form a noce ranged gun line. And the Sternguard and tac marines will drop turn one to wherever they are needed. The other marine unit will sit in reserve and wiat until called upon, which is made slightly easier by some of tiggys rules.
