The Malleus Inq is mainly for fun, but has stubborn for attachment to a squad if need be, and will be fairly strong in combat.
The Xeno is a psyker for divination and also has the stubborn rule.
Yeah I will find something for those last two points, I didn't even think of a bolter or something.
Also do you suggest I put anyone in the Vendettas? I don't fully understand the benefit of doing so. CCS would theoretically be able to fill that need.

I will look at removing the commissars, and putting the PCS in the Vendettas, so they can drop in with their flamers, maybe drop the Malleus Inq in as well, so he can hammer smash

Also if you have an inquisitor being attached to the blobs I would drop the commissars. I dont really see a point in taking them if the inquisitor already grants stubborn and is a much better character.

Also as others have mentioned I would put the PCS's in the fliers. It really helps to have a unit that can go out and possibly capture objectives late in the game.

I would also think about putting the rad grenades or whichever ones will help your guardsmen in combat because as you are going to be limited to 2 blobs and 2 PCS's for troops I feel like your opponent will get in combat with a blob at some point and you dont have any power axes on your sergeants.
