This is my first attempt at an all round list for my home brew space marine chapter.
I'm still working on a name, history, and named character for my captain.

Here is what I got so far

HQ (505pts)
-Captain with artificer armour, primarchs wrath (gone rename that one) thunderhammer and 15 extra points for special rules to flesh him out as a named character
-command squad with apothecary and 4 marines armed with storm bolters and thunderhammers
-razorback with TL lascannon

Troops (500pts)
-2 tactical squads (10 men each) in rhino's with missile launcher, plasmagun and combi plasma)
-scout squad (5 snipers with camo cloacks)

Elite's (715pts)
-Venerable dread with assault cannon and heavy flamer) in drop pod
-2* 5men vanguard squad with 2 storm shield power weapon vets, sergeant with relic blade ,plasma pistol and meltabombs, 2 vets with pair of lightning claws for each squad

Fast attacks (250pts)
-2 stormtalons with skyhammer missile launcher

Heavy support (270pts)
-2* 5 men devastator squads (one squad with 4 missile launchers, 1 squad with 2 lascannons and 2 plasma cannons)

Am I missing something?
what chapter tactic would be best for this army?
suggestions on the captain?
