They have great customer service and a lot of good information on what EXACTLY you are getting (as opposed to a few of the ebay dealers).

I magnetize a LOT of minis...here is what I use for tau:

1/8" x 1/16" disc N52 Disc Magnets
(the n52 is stronger, and gives an excellent hold).
* crisis suit weapons and war gear
* broadside wargear and seekers
* secondary weapon systems on riptides and vehicles

1/4" x 1/16" disc N42
* hammerhead main weapons
* riptide main weapon
* bases of hammerheads on my custom made flight stands
* anything else you need a big magnet for.

Sometimes, I also like to use rectangular magnets,as they look cool as panels and help with parts that might otherwise "spin" (like the shoulder mounted rail guns on the older broadsides, or maybe mounting seekers in the under carriage of a fish).

there are TON of videos on magnetizing on youtube, but I want to share a few things I have learned.

* always check your polarity
* superglue accelerator is very useful
* get a pair of brass (or non magnetic) tweezers - they are very handy
* check your polarity again!
* keep a "reference" weapon/wargear item out for polarity checking and magnetize ALL gear the same way.
* magnets love sticking to your skin when you have glue on them.

I polarize ALL my wargear and weapons the same. That way a smart missile from my broadside works on my riptide and works on my sunshark. I never have to worry "does this seeker go on my barracuda or my skyray?". They all work.

Dave gives good advise. My workhorse magnets are the 1/8" discs. I use a 1/8" drill bit that fits them exactly.

Also, if I can add some additional tips:
- Get multiple pin vises. It savings have to swap out drill bits all the time.
- Use a sharp scribe to make a pilot hole and then use increasing large drill bits to make your hole.
- A little bit of blue tak is great tool to find out where the opposing magnet needs to be positioned.
- Lastly, I took a stack (10 or so) of 1/8" magnets and wrapped them with hobby tape. That form the handle for handling magnets.
