I chose dark angels as my codex and have been fiddling with my army, and was wondering if the following is a viable list.

HQ: Sammael, Ravenwing Command Squad (naked)

Troops: Tac Marines x 5 /w Lascannon
Tac Marines x 5 /w Plasma Cannon

I only have a box of 10 tac marines right now. I'm willing and able to buy more boxes of units, but I'd prefer to keep it under 200.

Are there any improvements I could make? I'm completely new, so any help would be appreciated
