Wargaming discontinued in local store.

I just got into Warhammer 40k, I made my 500 point chaos marine army fully tournament legal a few days ago. With my first army ready for battle I went to my local hobby store, that, last time I was there, advertised warhammer Wednesdays in the back room. When I entered, the advertisements for the Wednesday games were gone (more posters of warhammer 40k and more were models in stock for some reason) but no players were present and the gaming table was being used as a shelf to sell remote control cars.
I spoke with an employee who put me on a phoning list if players do show up, but he seemed confused and I never received a call...
Long story short, I live near the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in Maryland, anyone know where I can find a game?
But now it is Bio time I guess... I play chaos marines and I plan on tau allies, custom warband, silver scourge,Live in Maryland, no one to game with, ya thats pretty much it...

Welcome!

Not sure how accurate this list is, but perhaps you could find a shop close to you that has regular 40k players:

http://www.wargames.com/directory/Maryland

The Silver Scourge sounds interesting. Are your Chaos Marines marked by a particular Chaos god?

Have fun with your new war-band and I hope you enjoy digging into the wealth of information that DakkaDakka has to offer!

Thanks for the list! My marines are just chaos undivided but my Chaos lord is khornate. and the name Silver Scourge is because their armor is (Mostly) left bare metal. Fluff wise, before fleeing the Imperium, they were marked for hersey and disarmed, so they scavenge their gear from space hulks. Look a lot like this: And I am excited to check out what dakkadakka has to offer!

Depending which side of the bay bridge, if you are on the Annapolis side you have both Bowie GW Bunker and Glen Burnie Dropzone games within reasonable distance for you.

Both are very nice for wargaming and you can drop in pretty much any time and get a game.
