XV25 Stealth Team - 3 x Suits + Marker Light Drone

TROOPS

FW x 6
FW x 6

FAST ATTACK

Piranha
Drone Squad - 8 x Gun Drones

Now once you are ready to expand you can look many different directions based on what aspects of the Tau you enjoyed. But more troops both Kroot and Fire-Warriors should be in your first purchases after (or even with) your battlefoce, after that some Marker Light producers

And regarding piranhas, you're right - you don't take them for the fusion, you take 5 of them for the free gun drone squad and a fast unit that you can use to intercept unwanted assaults.
