I have 3 that are old document safes that used to go under the bed, your local stockholder will carry all the scrollwork, rosettes (Think purity seal when painted correctly!) and anything else you could possible want, a cheap welding set will be ok for what you want, have a practice and off you go.

It'll mean more if you make it rather than pay (a small fortune) for someone else to make it for you.

Straight out of Google, should give you a head start, if you also try the BOC website for their welding suppliers they are often fabricators etc or will certainly be able to point you in the right direction.

Might be worth looking at some form of ammo box etc (about a tenner ex ebay) and you could stencil on the aquila and your favourite IG unit.
