ine Del Lost when the alpha legion soldier only known as alpharius has infiltrated the raven guard and he goes down to terra in the honor guard of Corax and meets Malcador, how is it that Malcador, the 3rd most powerful psyker behind the emp and magnus, failsto sense that the the raven guard has one of the traitors in their ranks? I mean they get within prob a dozen meters of each other, wouldnt malcador be able to sense his thoughts? See through the ruse? It has troubled me and i wanted soe opinions on it? Ps if this has been discussed please tell me where and sorry.

The Emperor has been within speaking distance of Kor Phaeron. As has Magnus the Red.

This might be a valid excuse if it weren't for the fact that the Emperor is portrayed as psychically more powerful than the Chaos Gods though. When he was psychically devastating their realms while still leading the Great Crusade.

When he has been holding back Chaos from spilling into the materium entirely for ten thousand years.
