Ok so the basic plan for this list is reduce numbers with shooting and magic, then the master with crown of command goes with the corsairs so they can take a charge and hold, leaving the flanks open to either the cuddle train that is the CoK, malus and the bsb (which thanks to malus have 0 chance of failing a stupidity test) or the chariots. With the darkshards acting as a second combat block (with shields they are just as good as bleak swords)

It also leaves with me just over 200 points left. I'm debTing between a I beast and magic weapon on bsb, a sorceress, or possibly 2 units of dark riders.

10 just isn't enough models in that unit of Cold One Knights. Even against casual shooting and magic, you're going to loose a model or two per turn, as that unit is your only real close-combat threat and therefore is the priority target. You want 15 at least.
