To be IMO, you don't need the second stalker.. one would be enough, but YMMV.

The only problem i see in this list is the big mixed roles on the bikes. 2 grav (good meq/teq) 1 flamer (horde) and one multi melta (anti tank). It is best to have the whole squad have one big designated role. I would x2 grav, combi grav on some squads and melta squads with attack bikes on the others.
