ok, so corbulo goes into the HG squad w/ helebrecht, and put him out front so he can tank w/ his 2+FnP and pass str8+ off to the 6++ HG. since the HG will be the main target anyway!

Id also swap out both Helbrect and Grimaldus for a tanking chap master with aa, se, and th (he can help corbulo tank for the HG). I don't rate helbrecht either, but he is not a bad choice. The EC is hardly worth it, a chapter master with iron halo and the teeth of terra sword does seriously better. List 2 would be my choice, but you should make room for melta/gravgun attack bikes....
