Even more skaven tactics feedback appreciated

So I haven't played for a bit but I'm curious to use a couple things with skaven. I may use stormvermin in fairly small blocks 6 ranks of 5 for a total of 30 models per unit. The reason for this is I could have more units that I can use to flank with possibly. Often times a slave unit even after flanking just isn't enough for combat resolution even against cavalry. Maybe stormvermin could do it better against more elite infantry. As far as slaves and clanrats go I might take small blocks of slaves to flee with and re-direct and then some bigger slave units of 50-60 or more with warpfire throwers behind them. The clanrats will be in 30 model units or more and will mostly be there as command bunkers and for the weapons teams. The slaves are also often there to take wounds from shooting attacks if at all possible. If the points are also available i'll throw out a screaming bell possibly, get a plague furnace with plague monks and some skaven rares (abomination is a must though doomwheel and/or warp lightning cannons are possibilities). I could also possibly use some rat swarms with gutter runners with the rat swarms holding up any charges that might hurt the runners on the flanks. However I'd have to pick and choose which of these to go with since I'm pretty sure I'd hit the 2500 pts limit before getting all of this. I'm not even wholly sure these ideas are any good in combination. Also I may need more high strength attacks or something to deal with more heavily armored units. I'm guessing the skaven rares and the plague furnace will do this. Large target killers may very well be the bane of skaven in general though. Normally as a skaven player stone throwers and cannons seem to bother me a ton.

I'm hoping the screaming bell allows me to deploy on a larger front but then my grey seer on it may get singled out by cannon shots or similar. One time somebody threw out a lucky bolt thrower shot and killed him with one shot instantly. It was totally stupid.

I would maybe take rat ogres esp. with skweel but they're expensive and they're frenzied with not the best leadership. Even if you block the unit from making a charge the rank bonus on rat ogres is usually pretty terrible meaning their leadership isn't the best even with a general and BSB. They're not bad but they can be kited a bit like other frenzied units with average leadership. This is why I may need the plague furnace and abomination for higher strength attacks. I don't think I'd take plague censers without other plague monks nearby. Chances are the furnace won't matter much unless they're in combat with cavalry and even then I don't expect 10 or so plague censers to live for very long. I might be able to take them on a flank if I had slaves or rat swarms. That said both would be a shield till I decide to break them off and use them to block an enemy unit. My problem is that considering the movement phase I'd have to declare charges before moving my rat swarms or slaves out of the way. Also though I'm sure the plague censers could lay the beat down on some enemies they have no ranks so without a rank-and-file unit they're just going to have to deal with steadfast and everything even if I somehow magically get to flank an enemy. I figure rat swarms would be really nice to screen for plague censers since censers couldn't charge and they are immune to psychology with frenzy anyway. Somebody may shoot out the censers if I use rat swarms to shield them though however slaves would probably break if people shot at them enough and slaves would be much harder to maneuver.

I figure if I run rat swarms in 2-3 and I put them on the right front and left front of my plague censers or gutter runners blocking one censer bearer each then I could prevent myself from charging or enemies and manage to have fairly small rat swarm units giving me more for what I need. Alternatively I could use the rat swarms to block big units and allow my plague censers to smash smaller or weaker units on the flank with the censers while they're forced to just sit and watch and fight rat swarms.
