The big vulnerability you have is Gargantuan creatures - all that Haywire is great when you can drop it right by a titan, but against a rerollable 2++ flying daemon lord you're going to have a bit more trouble. I would see if you can fit more fliers, I'm not a necron expert but those lords look very expensive.
