				<description><![CDATA[ Hello,<br /> <br />  Apparently, my friends got tired of playing my nidz (2xFlyrants,2xTervigons,<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(419);'>DoM</span> etc) and challenged me to do different army because they keep saying that tyranids are "broken", "bent" and even "overpowered". Army they've chosen for me is <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(69);'>IG</span> and we agreed I can take allies as normal. I'd like to make fairly good <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(69);'>IG</span>/<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(25);'>DA</span> army to prove them that nidz are not "overpowered" at all ( because they're not). So this is my first, rough idea of a list:<br /> <br /> <u><b>Imperial Guard (Primary detachment):</b></u><br /> <br /> <b><span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span>:</b><br /> -Lord Commissar /w power fist<br /> <br /> <b>Elites:</b><br /> -Guardsman Marbo<br /> <br /> <b>Troops:</b><br /> -Platoon:<br />  -Platoon command squad<br />  -10x Guardsmen /w meltagun, melta bomb<br />  -10x Guardsmen /w meltagun, melta bomb<br />  -50x Conscripts<br /> -10x Veterans<br /> <br /> <b>Fast Attack:</b><br /> -Vendatta<br /> -Vendetta<br /> <br /> <b>Heavy support:</b><br /> -Battle Tank<br /> -Battle Tank<br /> <br /> <b>Fortifications:</b><br /> -Skyshield Landing Pad<br /> <br /> <u><b>Dark Angels:</b></u><br /> <br /> <b><span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span>:</b><br /> -Azrael<br /> <br /> <b>Troops:</b><br /> -5x Marines<br /> <br /> Idea is quite simple. Azreal is my warlord and is an units with 50 conscripts and Lord Commissar so that they all benefit from 4++ ( average of 100 wounds dealt will be needed to kill just conscripts) and Azreal goes in front to tank shots with AP3 or worse (effectively giving conscripts 2+ armor save) so that for every 36 wounds they take Azreal will take 1 and 5 conscripts will die. If i will get shot with AP2 weapons, for every 12 wounds, Azreal will take one and 5 conscripts will die.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I find it very funny that your friends think Nids are broken. They are certainly powerful against some armies but nowhere near as broken as others. <br /> <br /> Anyway, I think the list is good. I would much rather see Infantry Squads instead of Conscripts for Azrael's blob, though. WS3 and BS3 is handier than most would assume, and you get access to Power Weapons on the sergeants. You also are now making use of the Veterans and Company Command Squad, both of which were wasted points before. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I would also agree with using infantry squads over conscripts.  <br /> <br /> With infantry squads you have a better weapons skill and ballistic skill and the ballistic skill is kinda important.  Also once you add melta bombs and power axes you are now able to take care of pretty much all units.<br /> <br /> Just imagine if some walker, or monstrous creature with toughness 7+, or multiple 2+ save units got into combat.  You would be stuck in combat the rest of the game and that unit wouldnt be able to grab any objectives.]]></description>
