Not just a machine or helmet visor like most people use it for, consider maybe putting a translucent bead or something in the eye socket to give it an iris maybe? That actually is fiber optics feeding the light from the LED at the base of the neck, I was hoping (falsely as it now appears) that some of the light would bleed off giving it more of a "glow" as opposed to the blazing right red. I've got a 2nd kit and I'm gonna try something different for the next one, but I'm not totally sure how to go about it. I'm going to try doing a clear resin pour with a partial mold for the eyes and then diffuse the light through the whole of the resin.
