				<description><![CDATA[ The 2 pods of 5 assault marines will be coming down turn 2 or later behind cover hopefully. I originally had backfield sniper scouts in the list but needed the points to upgrade a 3rd vindi to a raven. I could solve the issue to an extent by dropping one pod empty and running 5 marines in the raven for late game objectives. Or I could drop 1 baal for 10 combat squadded scouts, all with snipers... which do you think best?]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Well, you need the 5 pods so all 3 furiosos can get in T1. Speaking of which, I'd take 1 with Talons purely for guard blobs.<br /> <br /> As for the Raven; it's a great gambit when it works. But oh boy if you're raven gets shot down; all of a sudden your scouts are mush from impact. <br /> <br /> You have enough melta to deal with tanks from the Furiosos, troops and raven (which needs an <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(80);'>LC</span> over <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(5);'>AC</span>). And you have enough anti-<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(95);'>MEQ</span> from all the flamestorm. So I'd actually drop a Vindicator to iron out your troop problem. <br /> <br /> Other than that, I like it man. It's about as strong as <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(10);'>BA</span> can get right now. You'll give a lot of inexperienced (bandwagon) Tau/Eldar players a hard time. And even against vets, the list has the tools to give most lists a run for their money at least.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I'll still have 5, i'll just be dropping one empty if I put any assault marines in the raven.<br /> Yeh - the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(5);'>ac</span>/las debate I guess always ends as personal choice. <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(5);'>AC</span> has greater or even probabilities against almost everything but las has the range.<br /> If I drop a vindi instead as you suggest I could go for 5 scouts with snipers and 5 with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(260);'>bp</span> & <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(20);'>ccw</span> and give the sargeant melta bombs for a nasty surprise for any passing tank.<br /> I'll do what you say and go for one with talons, i'll use one of my dc dreads as a 'counts as', I love the talons too! <br /> Cheers for your input!]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ My primary concern is that this list has nothing against Serpents or Riptides. Lots of template weapons don't work against troops safely in Serpents. Or any kind of transport really. Also, serpents can pretty easily force marine tanks to show their <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(9);'>AV</span> 11 sides. I think this looks decent vs Tau, but if they take out the dreads, the Riptides can stomp all your other tanks trivially in <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(58);'>HTH</span>. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ It's such a shame <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(10);'>BA</span> don't have access to Storm Talons, one would be a perfect sub for the remaining Vindy. <br /> <br /> At least until you get a nex codex, Vanguard vets are decent anti-serpent. Drop, multi-assault 2 of them. Fist on sgt blows one, combined krak grenades get a decent chance at popping another. The raven is good against any vehicles of course; which is why I advocate the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(80);'>LC</span> &gt; <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(5);'>AC</span> because of range and +1 from AP2 on chart. <br /> <br /> Other than Vanguard, if you can find a way to fit in a second raven that would obviously be ideal but I just don't see how you can get there without going all scouts on troops in addition to losing the Vindy. Then you're only getting 2 Furiosos in T1....it creates as many problems as it solves.<br /> <br /> Armies have bad match ups. You're not giving up the game against all Eldar, just serpent spam Eldar.]]></description>

Thanks guys.<br /> I know exactly what you are saying martel about the serp spam, as my most regular opponent runs them and I have lost everytime I play an av13 spam against it. And this ones even more extreme <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(9);'>av</span> 13, as my usual involves 2 ravens but only 1 furioso. So against serp spam the problem wilp be concentrated not diluted with this list.<br /> All I can hope for really is to land the melta pods next to serps who have used their shields, shoot down a couple with the raven and/or catch one with my flamer units krak granades.<br /> Tbf Shrike ive been so against the insane price of the vanguard vets that I hadnt even considered taking down serps with them, that is actually a really good idea for future lists when I want to tailor against my eldar mate!<br /> Lucarik, I know what you mean about the problem with the flamer baal. I do find that running as a flamer baal threatens the opponent a lot more when outflanking. But immobilization can screw it over. I would probably go with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(51);'>hb</span> rather than <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(5);'>ac</span> (mainly because I only have 1 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(5);'>ac</span> baal, whilst my fs baals are 1 naked, 2 with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(336);'>hfs</span> and 2 with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(51);'>hbs</span>, suppose I could always proxy them though), but <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(5);'>ac</span> does have its advantages such as rear armour shots after outflanking. Its a toughy to call!]]></description>

They're the best serpent-killers I have and I suspect, the same is true for you.<br /> <br /> As for the the baal's, if you have 1 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(5);'>AC</span> I say take it. 2 Flamestorms is still plenty.]]></description>
