Do i pick singles from above or basic complete squad types from above.

List 1
5x stern guard, power weapon, combi flamer and plasma
Rhino with extra armour

List 2
5x scouts-2x Sniper,2x bolter,1x close combat weapon.
5x tactical squad, veteran, combi flamer, power weapon, plasma gun, melta bombs.
