This is the core list. Chapter Master goes with RWBK and gets Scouts, Skilled Rider and Hit&Run to add to his already considerable power. Honor guard go into Stormraven and once they're on the field Librarian joins them with PFG to give them invuln save (and Fearless and Preferred Enemy: CSM). I can play around with it a bit, for example dropping attack bikes and maybe one honor guard and squeeze enough points to take TriLas Predator for Anti-Tank.

Another idea I like is trying to utilize that Dreadnought loading space in Stormraven and drop one along with Honor guard for fire support (maybe give it Assault Cannon/Missile Launcher?). It's pretty fluffy for IH but again I'd have to drop something (most likely Attack Bikes) to fit it in. What do you think?

Also, have you considered using Clan Raukan in lieu of regular IH? They have some nifty wargear, most notably something called Gorgon's Chain. If you haven't taken wounds it gives you something like 3++, FNP and 4+ IWND. I forget exactly, my buddy runs it. And it's like a chainmail cape or something so it can go over Artificier lol.
