I've just recently purchased a lot of armour (well, transports) and decided "I am not painting all of that blue". So, I invested in some Tamiya blue spray paint. the stuff went on easy enough and the models have a nice smooth basecoat. The colour is a slightly brighter hue (TS15) than my Kantor Blue (yes, we're talking about crimson fists here). I personally think that given how much time it saved me, the difference is acceptable. It's too late to change the uniform of my infantry, with at least 40% of the infantry done.

So, this is a personal taste thing. Does Dakka mind if tanks look different to marines? Does it matter, will I Get marked down in tournaments for a very slight colour differences?
