What about this kind of list ? Is there any real weakness ? What would you change ?

I've also been wondering about an inquisitorial suit with 10 Death cult assassins, one priest, and an inquisitor, all this in a land raider or a storm raven. It'll cost 500pts, but will be able to deliver in an assault phase something like 40 attacks WS 5, S4, AP3, reroll hit and wound, and -1T for the enemy, plus the priest and the inquisitor attacks.
