Lose the fireblade and firewarriors. Pick up 2 squads of Kroot. More scoring, more versatility (outflanking) and sniper rounds help with an MC heavy meta.

Pick up a Buffmander as your Tau HQ. Just a cheap one with CCN+MSS.

Lose the bonding on the Broadsides. It's literally a waste of 3 points. It's a 3-man unit and can therefore never fall below 25%. It doesn't give you stubborn, it lets you REGROUP on unmodified leadership.

Now that the housekeeping is out of the way, a few general notes. You can do ok with NecroTau competitively. Just ok. Werner Born is a a primary Cron player and is highly ranked on ToF. That being said, that comes from placing well in all the big events but only winning smaller ones.
