I feel that it would look too much like Mortarion then.... Nightbringer model already looks like Mortarion.

There's like, one (that mostly looks Khorne-ish). And one forgeworld Nurgle model that's meant to be a unique character. Oh, and Belakar (who's a variation of the first daemon prince model anyways).
