You only really need nine windriders, and one big squad of nine is a bit overkill. Go six and three to get another scoring unit. Keep the cannons for the dakka.

I am not a fan of D-Cannons as they dramatically cut down your range and cost a LOT. If you downgraded the cannons to shadow weavers and dropped the 10th windrider, you could afford 3 more weavers. S6 rending is generally good enough unless your expecting a _wing army or multiple land raiders.
