Make it as competitive as possible and all critisism is valid. Here's a list that I came up with:

HQ
Duke Sliscus (joins the kabalite warriors in raider)

Troops
Kabalite Warriors (9) w/ Blaster in Raider w/ flickerfield, nightshield and splinter racks

Kabalite Warriors (5) w/ Blaster in Venom w/flickerfield, nightshield and 2 SC

Fast Attack
Reaver jetbikes (6) w/ Arena Champion 2 HL

Heavy Support
Ravager w/ Flickerfield, Nightshield, 3 DL

Haemonculi w/ Liquifier

Wyches x5 w/ haywire grenades
- Venom w/ SC x2

Kabbies x5 w/ blaster
- Venom w/ SC x2

Wracks x5 w/ Liquifier
- Venom w/ SC x2

Wracks x3 (joined by Haemonculi)
- Venom w/ SC x2

Ravager w/ x3 DL
Night Shield

Ravager w/ x3 DL

750 on the nose

There aren't a lot of forces that can handle 6 vehicles at 750 points
As for the offense....
x6 DL
x6 SC
x1 Blaster
x2 Liquifier
and wyches to kill that one piece of armor
Plus this gives 4 scoring units

Sadly I only have 1 venom and cannot do a venom parking lot I will try to get a few more once I get the money required) I don't think that he will allow me to proxy 3 venoms.
