Better to put them in the lr and put the terms in the raven (all with th/Ss to mitigate str 10 hit).

If you give the dc a couple of fists and a hammer they will be more of a threat (can't be challenged by something faster).

What is the role of the vindicator? Anti-troop? I'd dump the bikes and get 2-3 Baal predators.
