I'm quite taken by the effect that the FW painters did on the legion fellglaive tank with the purple heat stained effect.

any ideas on how to replicate - i'm starting airbrush my thallax and castellax next week and will be christening them with my first airbrush in 15 years.

Overlap the orange and blue where they meet.
The further away from the heat source the more orange it gets.

Tamiya makes a weathering powder compact with burnt blue and burnt orange that work really good with smaller stuff ie lascannon barrels
