IMO I would consider finding points to fit in a techmarine with another pfg to keep another squad safe. I know hes an expensive caddy but he will do more then those landspeeders because he will keep your knights alive

Oh and drop the meltas in favor for plasma guns. If fighting tau plasma is better then melta. True krak missiles are good against suits. The speeders work best as up close with mm and ac or long range with typhoon missile launchers and hb. They are a good harassment unit.
