No allies<br /> <br /> Chaos Lord- MON, Bike, power fist, Burning brand of Skalthrax, Sigil of Corruption 185pts<br /> <br /> 6 plague marines]- plasma gun, champion with power maule, Rhino 185pts<br /> <br /> 6 plague marines- champion with power axe, Rhino 170pts<br /> <br /> 6 bikers- MON, 2 melta guns 186pts<br /> <br /> Heldrake- Baleflamer 170pts<br /> <br /> 3 Obliterators- MON 228pts<br /> <br /> 18 cultists- MON, Heavy stubber, three autoguns 126pts<br /> <br /> I would like some opinions on this and what your thoughts are on how it would play against Tourney armies today <img src="/s/i/a/c944477abc92c1c101da485e07ff06d8.gif" border="0"><br /> <br /> <br />  ]]></description>

Redundancy is really important for <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(22);'>CSM</span>...<br /> <br /> The best units that work independently are the ones that dont die because they're either very far in the backfield or very durable<br /> <br /> chaos spawn with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(100);'>MoN</span><br /> heldrakes<br /> havocs<br /> obliterators<br /> <br /> Might I suggest:<br /> <br /> Chaos Lord- <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(105);'>PF</span>, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(80);'>LC</span>, Sigil, Bike, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(100);'>MoN</span>, Brand of skalathrax<br /> 5 Chaos Spawn- <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(100);'>MoN</span> (Lord goes here)<br /> 7 Plague Marines- 2 plasma guns, rhino<br /> 7 Plague Marines- 2 plasma guns, rhino<br /> Heldrake- Baleflamer<br /> 3 Obliterators- <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(100);'>MoN</span><br /> <br /> 1239 points<br /> <br /> Shooty armies reign supreme these days and there are a few daemon and soon tyranid lists out there that can destroy them. <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(22);'>CSM</span> isn't as strong <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(258);'>atm</span>, but it can still do well.<br /> Lord and spawn move up the board and soak fire, the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(634);'>PM</span> squads are your meat and potatoes, the oblits pop vehicles, and the heldrake swoops in turn 2 or 3 and wipes out 2 or 3 squads of troops]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Thanks,<br /> <br />  I was toying with Chaos spawn over bikers.<br /> <br /> I've played Tau and cannot get near them and cannot think of a tactic to beat them yet :(<br /> <br /> No allies is the killer here as I cannot get my orks in to soak up the firepower<br /> <br /> I don't have two heldrakes but I have every other Space marine troop available...I can use the above but is this the best configuration of <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(22);'>CSM</span> for the points in a tourney?<br /> <br /> <br /> ]]></description>
