Hi guys, I'm new to war gaming and would like to start a WH40K army.
I'd like an army with some strategy to it rather than a straight forward point and kill army.
Any suggestion
(btw, I dont like SoB, Tau or Nids because my friend will be playing them)

I want to start out with 500 points but am on a tight budget.

Thanks, Jawesome
