Stripping paint question

I read a tutorial on this forum for using LA Totally Awesome! to strip paint off models, but I can't seem to find if there is a maximum amount of time that models can be left in solution. I'm using the cleaner at full strength per instructions, but I'm wondering, if I leave them in for too long, will the details on the models become deteriorated? They've been in for 19 hours so far, but the paint is still thick and not coming off very easily.

Thanks

I've personally left minis in for just over a week with no problems. I seem to remember someone saying they've left in for longer.... though I could be making that up

Just brush of the paint you can and them soak for another day or two and repeat. Some paint is tough anyways and adding in layers only makes it tougher. Just stick to it.

I've left an xv8 in super clean (Essentially the same thing) for 2 and a bit weeks and it came out perfectly fine.
I just leave them in over the course of about 3-5 days because I want all the paint off in 1 go and not normally in a rush haha

Re:Stripping paint question

If you get a cheap $20-$30 ultrasonic cleaner and use LATA you can strip most minis in less than 24 hours, usually I can pop them in and go to work and when I get home I can usually brush the rest away with a firm toothbrush and this includes 98% of the primer if not all of it.
(The ones for that cheap are not really a ultrasonic cleaner more like a vibrating container but it works better than just straight up soaking)

Might be quicker if you got a decent ultrasonic cleaner that actually uses ultrasonic vibrations with heating built in as LA Totally Awesome works better when hot/warm.

I would probably avoid putting resin models in a warm/hot solution though as I hear that heat can warp things like swords and stuff easily.
