2. Ymgarl factor is not worth 40 points, because it only works in the assault phase.

3. Carnifexes can't come through a Trygon hole even if the stars aligned and the Trygon came in the turn before the Carnifexes. The Trygon hole is infantry only.

4. The Swarmlord doesn't have a 48" synapse range. I'm not sure where you're getting that from.

5. Drop the lash whips and glands from the tyrant guard. The fleet bonus is worthless since Swarmlord doesn't have it, and if you want them to have furious charge the Swarmlord can grant it for free for a turn. Also, most of them will probably die before they get into combat, so the lash whips are overkill. Give them toxin sacs or nothing.

6. Congratulations! Between fixing your point totals and dropping some upgrades, you now have 155 extra points to use! You can use these points to get yourself another Crone. Or...

7. Regeneration isn't that great for the Crone or the Haruspex. It's a lot of points, and a smart opponent will focus on one at a time until they are dead. Also, at least some of your termagants are going to die before they get to shoot. Why not drop the regenerations and a few of the devourers from each unit?
