Those dks need to see combat, they shine their exceptionally killing the enemies big gribblies and burning the little ones.

Vindicares bad.... 6 shots in a game, disturbed by to hit rolls, followed by only half chance wounding, followed by cover saves and such. I would personally drop the vindicare, and replace with a psyfleman dread, drop the apothecaries and add teleporters to your dreadknights and swap the heavy psycannon out for the incinerator. If you have the points left over give them swords.

It's not ideal to play like this, but you'll do better with this than the list above.
