Personally I'd be taking a buffmander to go with a tide, making the bodyguard a separate unit of suits.

If you really wanted to go for intimidation why not ditch the bodyguard and change the 2 FW squads for 3x 6 man, then take another tide? only worth puting the command with the tides if he's a buffmander.as is he'll do nothing for the tides.
