Black Templar Blueish/White in the GW Paint Scheme

So for all the images I see of GW's Black Templars, they all have that sort of soft black, with a grey/blue edge highlight, and all their weapons are that very stubborn white with a slightly blueish tinge. How can I achieve that? I really like the look.

Black Templar Blueish/White in the GW Paint Scheme

Use the normal GW black primer it goes on pretty good.

Then paint on a black with a bit of blue in it (proper name "Paynes Grey" or Chaos black or Abaddon Black).

[u]Option: some people would take 1 part "Shadow Grey / The Fang" (this is more blue that I like, (you can use Adeptus Battlegrey / Mechanicus Standard Grey for something more neutral) and mix 2 parts black and then drybrush raised areas and picking out edges. Then wash over with Nuln Oil / Badab Black.

Then just pick out upper / sharp edges and do line highlighting I would suggest in thirds:

Edge:
------------------------------
First Highlight:
----------
Second:
---
Tip:
-

Start with the 2 black to 1 grey, then 1:1 black/grey then all grey.

For white:
Deneb Stone / Rhakarth Flesh as the base, Astranomicon Grey / Celestra Grey, then Skull White / White scar.
NOTE: Apply the white possibly in 2 layers but water it down a bit to ensure it is smooth or it will look very bad, consistency of milk I keep hearing and is correct.

This is a good start, let me know what you think.
I have some Templar in my pictures, you check them out.
They are "playing" models, not my best effort but look good in large numbers...
