is this a good list? ]]> http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/preList/574322/6452083.page http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/preList/574322/6452083.page GMT However i would drop the Overlord and take Nemesor Zahndrekh as he is 5pts cheaper, has all the same equipment bar the Warsythe (take a Necron Lord for this with MSS) and gives lots of nice rules (Tank Hunters) to any of your units on the table, if he is on the battlefield.
I would also suggest you drop the Night Scythe with the 5 warriors in and take a blob of men or lots of Scarabs (can hide easier) as the Rulebook FAQ states you lose the game automatically if there is none of your units on the board at the end of player turn one.
